Whenever I have to wake up for 8 or 9AM classes, this is my go to for putting me to sleep. It relaxes me without making me feel groggy and basically just puts me in a nice place before bed. It’s also been making me lucid dream which is pretty cool!
Take it and after 30 minutes my head hits the pillow and I am out like a light! This stuff really works
The Apple taste pretty good. Heated it’s really good tasting. As far as a sleep supplement, I think it’s on the weaker side imo.
Honestly it helped me sleep! I slept very deep and felt rested in the mornings. Effective product if you can get past the horrendous taste.
